Right of withdrawal:
According to EU and German law, there is no right of withdrawal for this product. The poster is manufactured exclusively according to your personal specifications (custom image, size, format). It is therefore excluded from cancellation pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 German Civil Code (BGB).
Tax:
All prices are quoted in accordance with § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act) and do not include or separately show value added tax (VAT).
Packaging Act (VerpackG) – Legal notice:
The shipping packaging (poster tube, protective sleeve, cardboard box, filling material) is placed on the German market by our printing and fulfilment partner Flyeralarm GmbH (Würzburg, Germany). Flyeralarm is registered in the LUCID packaging register under the number DE2817945504044 and fully licences all packaging with a dual system. All packaging is 100% recyclable.
Warranty:
You receive the statutory 2-year warranty on material and printing defects. In addition, we offer a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: If the print result is technically defective (e.g. colour deviations, printing errors), we will reprint free of charge or refund the full purchase price.
